US-based custom shop ICON 1000 have designed a custom motorcycle in collaboration with Triumph. It is based on a Tiger 800XC. The custom motorcycle is named Dromedarii, after camel-mounted cavalry division of the Late Roman Empire.
All the plastics parts of the Tiger have been replaced with steel cages to protect engine and other vulnerable components. To increase the already excellent off-roading capabilities of the Tiger, stiffened Ohlins suspension, Conti TKC80 tires and raised rear subframe are installed on the motorcycle. A bespoke oversized fuel tank along with auxiliary Rotopax fuel cells increase the range. The headlight is a PIAA HID unit powered by a Ballistic lithium battery.
